Charlotte (Founder)
Bio: Charlotte grew up in South Africa, surrounded by animals, both in her home and through her volunteer work at animal shelters. When she moved to the United Kingdom, Charlotte missed the role her pets played in her life and decided that she wanted to build a career around her passion for working with animals. Thus, Pet Premium was born. Charlotte believes that all pets, including reactive ones, deserve to live a fulfilling and happy life. Charlotte's passion for working with reactive dogs stems from her own experiences, with her beloved dog Jess who was a big part of her life growing up. Charlotte has big plans for Pet Premium and looks forward to growing her business with the support of her wonderful clients.

Adam
Bio: Adam has years of experience with dogs. He grew up with his own dogs and around those of his neighbour. He has two degrees, one in psychology, the other in philosophy. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, attending concerts, going to the theatre, playing video games, and playing guitar. Adam has been vegan for 6 years.
